It is unfortunate that after 5 years your prices go up and after you drop them they burn your phone calls so you can come back with them, the truth is that they are more of the same as always HAVE IF THEY VALUE CUSTOMERS ... NOW I PAY LESS AND I AM CLEAR THAT I WILL NOT COME BACK .....

They meet you at this Customer Service office and they treat you more than half an hour later and in bad ways. You wait in the street because they say so, with seats inside for the public, all with seal.nThey tell you to your face that they are doing you a favor by taking care of you, because they don't have to, because you hired gas and electricity over the phone, and you didn't do it in their store.nWhat a charm ...

It is impossible for a country to advance when you have employees like women to work there! The worst treatment to the public and the worst attention you can expect from these people! To work facing the public, they must hire people who are totally opposed to these employees! They are a shame!!
