Their puff pastry, almond and candied fruit cake has been my family's quintessential dessert for years at this time. Christmas without Irma's cake is not the same !! This year I could not find it in any of the usual stores, so I called directly the Irma confectionery in Riotorto, they made them for me and they very kindly brought them to Coruña. Thanks Irma and family !! Never stop exquisitely sweetening our Christmas and that of so many who appreciate your work !! Maria Rodriguez
