It is an enviable place for the views it has. You would spend hours and hours contemplating the landscape. Awesome.nI agree with Gabriel Palou that it is a pity that this train is not fixed, it would be a very interesting tourist attraction and it would revitalize the area.

A place full of nature and a great pain at the same time. A pity the disaster has been in which it is and no one does anything in order to refer. I was recently on Artauste train in French territory and managed by Sncf. An example of sustainable tourism and good for the territory. Here neither the Vall Fosca Town Hall nor the Generalitat nor the FGC, but worried to keep ruined ski resorts, do nothing to save a first-rate tourist attraction. Ladies and gentlemen, a train at 2200 m altitude is seen in few parts of the world and with a bit of caring, we could have it at the Pirineu show. Too bad of the carelessness and the little commitment when trying to revive the Pyrenees in a place as emblematic as the Dark Valley. Peacefully rest

In winter it is spectacular! But you have to be poorly prepared (crampons, snowshoes ...)nHighly recommended for those who like adventures
