It's a bit expensive but I don't really know much about carpentry. They have a lot of stuff. I recommend it to all of you because I think it is the best carpentry store of Ponferrada.

Muy mala atención por parte de los empleados. Pregunté a 5 de ellos por la ubicación de un producto que seguramente tuviesen y ninguno me llevó al sitio. Es más, ni se preocuparon por saber si tenían el producto o no. Se limitaron a señalarme de forma incierta el fondo de la tienda y a decirme que buscase. Ellos mientras siguieron de charla pudiendo haberme acompañado al lugar. Harto de buscar y de no recibir ayuda, me fui pudiendo haber hecho una compra que ahora haré por Amazon. Lo peor es que esta es la segunda vez que me pasa. Definitivamente no vuelvo.

It is a disaster. Employees do not know what they are up to and on top of that they are superb and smart.nI am thinking very much about buying again in this store.nLots of propaganda from leroy to serve customers badly.nI do not recommend anyone to buy in Aki Ponferrada
