The ticket offices are nice and it's close to where I live
It's like all the others
The aunt at the box office deceives people, instead of helping, she sold the ticket knowing that there is no train
They have no idea where they are sending you ... We have lost a whole morning to go to Granollers !!! The ticket girl does not know where the transfers are made and sends you to the first stop that she sees fit. A shame indeed! Bad service.
Please put people with more resources or do a little training to properly advise travelers.
