Busy station but walking distance from the rest of the city.

Very hard to get information as to where exactly stops. We booked it to go to Biarritz airport, but it only stops in Biarritz city centre. No phone numbers, customer care emails useless, nothing on the internet unless you're a hacker level user.nBus itself clean and punctual, price ok if you don't count extra spent on taxi to get to where you actually want to go!!!

The FlixBus station isn’t actually in front of the apartment building as the photo and location suggest. Head towards the train station and there is an elevator/stairs that take take you to the parking lot. Level ‘0’ is one level down and where all the buses pick up passengers.
