The cinema complies with the capacity regulations and places you but my experience has been that the people who attend are not aware of COVID. Not very safe when there is capacity. There is no distance of more than one meter between the person in front and the one in the back even if they are alternated. Most remove the mask all the time or wear it under their noses even if they are not using. Nobody worries that people wear the mask once they have placed you as they see fit to meet the gauging measures. The problem is not with the cinema that surely complies with the measures required of it, but with the people who attend. Difficult work to preserve health and the economy. If people are not responsible, places with a large public are unsafe. A very representative sample of what is happening and why there are more and more infections in the country.
