I am surprised not having written an opinion before, I am a lifelong customer from the same town, although I have lived in Madrid for 15 years. The cheese varieties are among the best in Castilla la Mancha (registered DO).nThe best is the owner, a friendly guy who always welcomes you with a smile and gives you conversation that is always appreciated.nMy coworkers ask me to bring them some cheese whenever I pass by

Cheese shop and factory, with more than 35 years of experience in a family tradition. Manchego pure sheep cheese is sold in three varieties; fresh, semi-cured and cured, of excellent quality and very good taste. You can also buy other products from the area such as wine, oil, honey, sausages, classic bakery pastries (cakes, mantecados, ...) and some other seasonal products.
