Terrible service. After a long wait, a large group of people come in and they go direct to take note of them. With kindness we indicated that we were before and they call me impolite and they tell me that they will not take care of us. I ask for complaint sheets and they tell us they do not have, that we go to the police to report. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
