Terrible service and expensive. I stopped here to eat at the end of my day in the Camino de Santiago. I had checked into my room, walked another mile into town, say down to order and was told sorry, it's 4pm and the kitchen is now closed. Another couple who I had met hiking kindly explained in Spanish that I had been walking all day and really needed food. Okay, you can have toast with ham. Okay, I'm starving so I'll have toast with ham and a beer. Out comes three tiny pieces of sliced baguette with a slice of really oily ham on to top. I dab the oil off with several napkins and scarf it down in three bites. Then I go to pay. The lady at the counter gives me a nasty look like I just killed a family member. Turns out my slices of baguette with oily ham was 5.5€. And with the beer 8€. For 8€ I've had three course pilgrims meals WITH A WHOLE bottle of wine!!! Anyway, for a town that is a major stop for Camino pilgrims I'd expect a lot better treatment.

A delightful find. They adapted a couple of standard menu item for our vegetarian preferances, recommended a nice bottle of wine and treated us to exceptionally friendly service.

Great find. If you are on the Camino,nWalk just a little further from the first cafe. This is not the quietest as on a road, but the welcome was so friendly and the food absolutely fantastic.
