Everyone talks wonders about the Lagunas de Ruidera.nAnd like in all the big lagoons, it will depend on the access to the lagoon that you take to make it better or worse.nMy husband made a dip in the hanging lagoon and for convenience we went with him.nBut since I did not like it, I went with the children to the Laguna Salvadora, which I had been recommended for children.nOn the way we passed the Santo Morcillo lagoon and saw that it had a beach and a large parking lot and we stayed there.nThere was a sign at the entrance that said parking was paid until 5pm. I can not tell you anything about it because I arrived a little later.nThe beach was dirt. A little uncomfortable about how dirty towels are put on.nThe access to the water was by a beach area. With small stones. We got into flip-flops. I recommend you bring footwear for water.nOn the beach there is a large bar with tables and chairs for the exclusive use of bar customers.nYou can rent a pedal boat for € 8 for 1/2 hour or € 15 per hour.nThey left me life jackets for the children.nAnd very important, there are lifeguards.

Good place to spend the day in summer. Beautiful landscapes and roads in good condition. There isn't usually a lot of people crowding.

Lots of people in summer. To relax on one side of the lagoon it is perfect.
