This restaurant was recommended to us and it was a success. Food out of ten, very reasonable price and great service. We were on the terrace and as it looked like it was going to rain, the waiter was watching to see if he had to put the awning on us, which in the end was not necessary. We have gone to dinner and we are going to eat again to try the menu. Be sure to try the homemade partridge pate and for dessert the cheese with quince.

Manchego restaurant in a hotel nestled in the middle of the Ruidera Lagoons. Incredible natural environment, the correct service and a very well cooked food, varied within the gastronomy of La Mancha and with a quite reasonable price. The leg or shoulder of kid is highly recommended. The only remarkable thing out of the ordinary would be, perhaps, that there were wasps flitting around some tables. They solved this very well by placing some smoke traps to scare them away. On the other hand, although the hotel pools were closed because it was autumn, I suppose that in summer they would form a good complement to the lagoons themselves.

Quiet and familiar atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is of good quality.

They had the tables free and they told us at 2:30 p.m., that if we did not have a reservation, they could not attend us for 1 hour ... Good way to lose customers or 2 menus that take 30 or 40 minutes to eat. ......
