Small museum. Friendly personal attention. Small shop. Lots of info about bullfighter Ignacio Mejias. Well worth a Euro for two bits of cheese and a small glass of wine.

Interesting museum met authentic artifacts and at the end of the visit you are treated to a glass of wine and a slice of the manchego cheese. Delicious ud83dudc9e

Nice place to get an overview for the gastronomical culture of the region. The end with some cheese and wine worths the optional 1€ at the entrance.

The person who explains the museum is very friendly. You can see old utensils for making cheese, the production process is explained and under normal conditions you can taste cheese washed down with Manzanares wine. (Currently there is no tasting due to the pandemic). At the end they have a detail with the children

With all the COVID-19 measures well resolved. At reception they gave us a GREAT explanation of the museum. Tastings have been suppressed for safety
