Very good customer service, they did anything possible to deliver the tiles on time, when my local provider let me down. Highly recommended.
Due to severe issues with a local Tile company in Belgium we had to find a swift and workable solution. We did not expect to find it in Spain. Ondacer went above and beyond to help us out and managed to get us what we wanted in under 10 days. They are miracle workers.
Really professional company. They informed me about everything which I supposed to know about the delivery. I even asked them to change the contract number last minutes so someone else can pick up the tiles. I found them as I was looking for a specific title and they had the best price including the delivery cost. Recommended to everyone!!!
