My opinion is on their customer service. Not about their activities, which I have no doubt are excellent professionals.nnI have tried 2 times in the last month and a half to do a sport climbing activity with this company and on both occasions we have not been able to do it for reasons of schedules and availability on their part.nOf course, the amount of the reservation was charged immediately without any problems through their payment gateway on the web.nnI repeat that I do not doubt that they are very good at activities, but their customer service is nil. Late in the answers and little in the details of the activity.nnI hope I can try for the third time to do this activity and change my rating to the score they deserve by seeing the rest of the comments.

We did the family kayak tour, great fun and beautiful scenery. The lovely monitor, he got worried and even gave us sunscreen because we had forgotten

This morning we were lucky enough to take a kayak ride with the monitor Joaquin, very professional and attentive at all times. Without a doubt we will repeat soon with Sargantana Aventura, because this first experience has been 10. Highly recommended!
