Little empathy towards the client. He came with a hospital prescription with several products and a description of the treatment, I only needed one. The girl who attended me told me that she had to keep the recipe, leaving me with nothing, I told her about it and said that this was so, nor did she offer to make a photocopy, I had to ask her to take a photo. I imagine that an elderly person will be left without the medical indications of how to take the medicine, an irresponsibility, a negligence, a lack of empathy with the patient. How can people like this be caring for a place where sick and afflicted people go. A total lack of deontology.

No respetan las guardias. Según la web del Ayuntamiento de Santa Coloma, hoy 25/1 deberían estar abiertos. Cerrados. Se supone que la guardia de una Farmacia es para algo.
