I had the most bitter and degrading experience I can remember. My mother, who was unable to walk, went to get some private prescription medication and forgot it, and a woman named Nuria, instead of trying to help her, was horrible to her and then to me that I called her to see how we could solve it. To then come out very plump saying that she did not have the medicine. People like this should not deal with the public and less with older people, who must help and not segregate. Shame should feel. And do not forget that if we do not die before, we will all grow old.
