Fatal, I placed an order online, I missed a product that they charged, I put an email, they didn't answer me, I called, they told me they would call me, they didn't call me, I put another email, they didn't answer me, I called twice more and they didn't call me They don't even pick up the phone (I guess they know it's me because I call from landline). A disaster
