We do not understand how the employees can operate in a building which seems to be falling down around them, and we imagine that the stress this causes must be horrible. This is a shame because the staff are working so hard and are doing such a good job under these difficult circumstances.

But what do we have: on the second day of purchase, the front passenger door could not be opened from the inside, tire pressure lights came out (they were at 2.0 bar, all 4), the store told me that we will fix it at the workshop At the moment, the workshop told me that I have to make an appointment. They called me from the workshop and they fixed everything well, thank you. After spending a few days I noticed that the engine coolant is at the Minimum level, I had to change the trunk tray, when changing they forgot to connect the trunk lights, I had to return again to have them fixed, after a month my father told me that there are no license plate lights. They had to give me the second key along with the car papers and 2 months have passed, nobody knows where my key is. They called me to make an appointment, I tell them that I enter at 1:30 p.m. to work, ok, the review lasts 2 hours, I come at 10:30, they tell me that the car will not leave at this time, another day I have to return. In the end I bought a new car so as not to waste my hours and drive and forget about problems, but thanks to you in 2 months I had to come to the workshop 6 times spending my time and gas, the car is fine we love it, but it is not what I expected from the official Toyota dealer.
