A real disaster. I would rate it with a 0 but it cannot, above all, for customer service. I made an online purchase and they sent me a product in poor condition and it took a long time to give me a solution. I finally returned it but weeks later I am still waiting for the refund.nnI have tried to contact them several times and they do not respond. They do not answer the messages, they delete the negative comments on social networks because I imagine that they are not interested ... What a shame. First and last time I shop at Ulanka.

I give you a star because I can not put less last SATURDAY I bought 2 sneakers that the invoice added up to € 153.00 and when I passed the card they told me that it was denied and I pass it again and it is charged and when I leave the store I go to the cinema and 2 SMS arrive and it turns out that I had been charged 2 times.nnWhen I go down to the store they tell me that they only have 1 charge to wait for me on Monday and it is Thursday and they have not paid me, today they call me to tell me that they only see one charge and to claim my bank when it is in my account the nefarious duplicate charge I am going to denounce you.
