This that I very briefly tell happens over the course of months, since I call the dealer and they tell me that they will contact me but they never do. (Second bad experience). When I bought the car, as it was km0, the price was subject to financing, but the credit could be canceled within a certain time. When this time is about to elapse I realize that they never gave me the documentation regarding the loan, for which I call the dealer to see if they can send me said documentation, what is the surprise? The one in charge of these issues is not there, leave us your information and she will contact you, she has never done it (I say never because I have called more than 4 times with months between calls, in the end I go personally to the dealer and for I can finally locate the girl who is in charge of these things, she tells me that since I am running a bit in a hurry she will send it to the mail, what happens? 4 months later I still do not receive anything at all, I dragged it from long before the covid. Today quite annoyed I show up at the dealership to see what has happened and after waiting more than half an hour with people passing by me and without even saying hello, I manage to talk to a man because I am the one who approaches his office, if I I stay at the reception, I would still wait to be attended and again the girl is not here, they give me an email and tell me to write to her and she will answer me. They've turned my first car purchase into a nightmare, and they've given me horrible treatment.
