My first impression of this professional looking workshop was very positive. The staff was rather rushed though and yet the wait for my key was almost 3 hours, for which they apologized.nnNo toilets and no WiFi in the waiting area :-(nnSure, people make mistakes, but one would expect that when getting a copy of a Mercedes key at 200 Euros, that they would not forget to copy the non-electronic part of the key (read the metal part that you stick in the door when not using the remote).nI only checked (my fault) the remote control and the computer bit that starts the car, whilst at the workshop. However, whilst disconnecting my car battery for long-term-parking a few days later, I discovered that they forgot to copy the metal key part. Of course without battery power, electric locking/unlocking does not work.nnFortunately, they give you a 12 month guarantee on the key, so when I eventually get an opportunity to go back there, I can ask them to correct their mistake.

Great place if you lose your keys. Professional people and also very attentive. Normal prices in relation to the market. They called me to let me know the car was ready and kept it in their ship until the next morning. Whenever I have problems with the keys I will take the car with them!
