Pleasant treatment by Encarni, however there is a lack of staff and it is not precisely for the weekend with reduced mobility a single person impossible to get to everything!

Very unpleasant treatment.nVery badly attended by the manager of the store at that time.nMiss Yessyca has not behaved like a good professional.nI have gone for a problem that I had with a purchase made the day before. The product was apparently not working well. We have been watching how the other girl (Encarni) was testing the product for quite some time. In my opinion, too much.nI wanted to end the conversation since it was taking too long. And it always came back to the same thing, it was very, very repetitive.nMiss Yessyca has begun to scold me what was yelling at her partner, which is false and what, to make matters worse, was raising his hand to her. (All this while the responsible lady pointed her finger at me with other customers watching).nI would appreciate if you would check the cameras and see not only the time that I have been yes no, also the way of acting of the responsible lady.nUnfortunately I will not return to this establishment and I will not recommend you to anyone.nI have gone for a problem, I have not gone to waste anyone's time and even less to waste my time.nMany thanks.

I've been here in Drim and also in the store of toys in front (dino), in Drim there is more variety of toys than in Dino, but a tad more expensive. I was looking for concrete toys and found more things of that type in Drim at a good price, in dino, there was an article of what I was looking for and I also bought it 2 € cheaper than Drim (something very similar) in Drim I bought 3 items. Compare before buying, you just have to cross the street.
