We decided to buy in a physical store to support local commerce, knowing that online would have been cheaper. We bought the car with carrycot and chair, the car seat and a bathtub.nWe finally had a problem with the MS SWIM bathtub, as you can see in the photos the screws and the parts that are supposed to be stainless have rusted.n1. I wrote to them through their website and they asked me to send the photos to the address [email protected]. I sent the photos to the indicated email and I did not receive a response.n3. I wrote to them again and they said they had received nothing.n4. I answered them by attaching the email that I had already sent and I have been waiting for a response for 3 weeks.nCONCLUSION: From now on I will buy online, it is cheaper and in the event that a product has a defect it can be returned without problem (at least on Amazon).

The best chain of stores dedicated to the world of rest and childcare in Barcelona. These stores in Martorell have been specialized in Childcare and Rest for years, they offer good products at the best price and they always advise you on which one you need the most. They don't sell for selling. Recommended.
