Fatal. I bought some shoes that I found very comfortable and good and after a month they started skinning and I ran out of shoes in the middle of the street. I went to give me a solution and they said they could not do anything, they kept my data and they would call me, when in inditex the same thing happened to me and they returned the money to me the moment without problem since it is ERROR and DEFECT of them. I will not buy again.
