I hired a service with them for a termite infestation that costs good money because they tell me that it is a very long treatment (5 years) and from the first minute they have not complied with the visits established in the contract. The first year there are six visits and they did not make them all, last year I had to complain because of the two they had to do they did not make any. Now it's time to pay the bill for this year and for that if you contact me. I have complained several times via email to customer service to see if this breach of contract is going to be compensated in any way and I do not have any response. I feel abandoned as a customer.
