Hello, I was in this clinic for years and everything in general was perfect, Fernando very good dentist and treated as a person, my surprise is today when I call to make an appointment, talking with the girl who picks up the phone, tells me a day and time to visit me, I just told her that I go to work two hours later to know if there will be time and her answer is that she is not guessing to know if she will give me time or not .... I answer telling her that I have to know more or less because I have to go to work and she tells me not to raise my voice, without having done it at any time, what is there and if not, then nothing. Well, feeling it a lot I will have to find another place. A pity that for this type of response they lose customers and make the negative clinic have an assessment for the receptionist's treatment and not for Fernando's work that is worth it.
