I have been a patient in this Dentix for 5 years, the only thing that is saved is Alex the Doctor. And the whole clinic knows that I'm just going for her, I'm looking forward to her moving from that clinic to go to another where she goes. They don't pick up the phone, they change your visits without telling you anything and then they tell you that you have written it down wrong, the director and the deputy director both leave. The girls at the reception renew them weekly, so there is no one to clarify with them because they are all new and very incompetent. The last one, I arrive at the dentix by appointment for cavities and he tells me that the girl has fallen asleep hahahahaha I know pathetic. And there they continue.

I have been a client of this clinic for 4 years. 8 days ago trying to make an appointment to fix the aesthetic problem. I wear cosmetic veneers at this clinic. I dropped one. There is no way to contact them. And this they have to fix the same day. I finally had to go to the Castelldent clinic. Pay money. And it was fixed the same day.

I put a star because it does not let me put less.nThe attention is horrible, in addition to painful service.nI took 1 year to try to do a treatment with them, which in principle would only have been a reconstruction of a tooth, in the end it had to be a tooth extraction and an implant with a piece that will not be my tooth, due to its bad management.nI call every day and they never answer the phone, I have asked for the sheet to finish the treatment with them and the refund of the money and their excuse is that the director is not there.nThey neither return my money nor do they have appointments available to give me the treatment, they are scammers, and don't you ever do anything here.

The treatments do not finish, they do not have a correct follow-up of braces and now I am with the brackets waiting for them to be removed and finish what they have started but it seems that they do not want to open again ...

Today I went because I had an appointment, some girls were closing and they told me that there was no orthodontist and that they did not know what was going to happen with the company and that I should call the central office but as always, they do not take the call, and the worst of all is that I paid for my full treatment, I don't know what to do ud83eudd2f
