Disappointing customer service. Wrote to them 3 times about a fault with belt. Heard nothing back. And my friend had an issue with her boot and they were unhelpful too. Wont be shopping there anymore when I come to the island. Shame nice shop and nice girl....but really need to be more helpful when things go wrong. As they do!!!

I was sold a dress as silk and bespoke made but checked label when I got home and it was polyester and made in India!! Gutted!

It really doesn't deserve a single star. I went to buy an item at the bay store but I told the clerk that I saw it a little big for me and that if I tried it on at home with more time and it seemed too big, I could change it, she said yes. He told me that I could go to the San Antonio store since there are two and it is closer to me. He only gives me a green piece of paper where he says the price but he does not give me any suitable typical purchase receipt. A maximum of 3 days go by and I decide to go see what I find in San Antonio to make a change. The girl kindly tells me to look without problem. I do not see anything that I like and I tell him if he could return the money and he said NO in a bad way. So I ask him if I can go to the store across the street to see if there I could find something according to my tastes. (the two stores are together)nI saw it open so I went in since she told me I could look without problem. After a while she came and told me that if she had found something, I told her that I was still looking but wanted to know the price of an item. I turn around and while I turn to go to the garment he starts to speak badly saying that there is no, that if I am not seeing that there is a play blanket of his son, to go the other way, besides that there should not be entered that it is closed and that when she said yes to looking at the store she was referring to the outside! Of course ... I felt terrible for stepping on your son's play mat, I hadn't seen him and I felt terrible, very bad for him. I wanted to cry. It was horrible and I told him I was so sorry. But I don't understand why he didn't tell me that it was there. Finally I go to make the garment and tell him how much it costs (I didn't get my voice from how bad it made me feel). He reluctantly told me to look at the label and calculate half (they were on sale). I left him because he seemed very expensive but then he told me that he accepted the change for what I brought to return. When I left he asked me for forgiveness but it made me feel really bad. I don't know if I arrived at a difficult time because it is not normal to treat a client like that. I hope this unpleasant incident will not be repeated with another client and if they do not accept returns they should communicate it when making the purchase. I work as a shop assistant and I know how things work. Anyway, the store is beautiful but quite expensive. It is my opinion and my experience in that establishment.
