Visited aqua aventura park today with my husband and 3 children. Paid 45 euros for one hour on the inflatables. On the swim out my 7 year old got horrendously stung all over both wrists and arms by jellyfish. After having to get a boat to come and get all the children off safely they did not even give us a refund!!!!! 45euros for nothing...awful customer service

On the phone I had to take out the information with a corkscrew, it seems that it bothers him to call him. The day I called them, a couple of days before, they told me that there was no problem to go at any time. We went a few days later and it was all occupied by several groups, so we ran out.

Be prepared for physical exertion in both children and adults. Had a great time, the children were delighted. Many times climbed the slides and slid off them.

A fun attraction and very friendly staff. Only two buts, in the Google link, it opens all day and nevertheless they close from 14 to 16. And the worst, the inflatable has parts that are uncovered and misplaced, where you can either split a leg or an arm, or The worse a child slips out there, there may be a fat dislike. I do not put a star for what was said before, the staff they have is a chapó. But please, do a little maintenance, for serenity.
