Watch for cleaning fees The agency keep the rights to charge for any cleaning you would have left undone and prices are in the grey area. A scam on holiday always happen and for us it was this. Even if the flag was clean before taking out the bins and cleaning towels cost us more than a 100€ à without adding electricity usage not included in the price. Lack of communication leave us with a bitter taste and a pricey stay compare to location and accommodation.
My wife and I rented an apartment in El Campello for 9 weeks over Christmas. The help and service we received was professional and friendly. Special thanks to Beatrice and Marie - you made our stay stay completely stress free. Great communication and very efficient. We just couldn’t resist booking again!
The accommodation was fine and had good views, a shame that the agency has charged us extra additional cleaning services, although they put it in the contract as a preventive measure of electricity costs and leave the apartment clean. In the end it is a way of charging you 150 euros more than they deduct from the deposit, which seems like a robbery to us.
It is the third time we rented with this firm. Excellent communication, in more than 3 languages. They have all kinds of options, villas, apartments, 1,2 and 3rd line of beach. For each purchasing level. They always give you options if the place you prefer is occupied on the desired dates. Very friendly, cordial and always attentive. We will always return. !!!! We rented an apartment in San Juan (Tequila Building in Av Cataluña). Newly renovated apartment with everything you need. But it had very strong smells that made the room unbearable. We communicate it to the agency from day one. So they did not deliver the apartment in acceptable conditions, from the point of view of odors. They gave us no solution.
