Was first in the queue, was with a kid but staff was ignor me, then they go further they start to serve the guy who came after me.
Although Vodafone as an operator is a catastrophe, the commercial treatment in this store is unbeatable, especially by Ana who finds a solution to any type of problem, a real pleasure to find people like that.
I have been this afternoon at the Vodafone store in Carrefour, I have been delighted Ana and Vanesa 2 very nice and very professional girls have solved my problems in a moment and on top I have left with a cheaper rate than before and with better conditions Very happy to see if they learn in other places.
Even if there is no one else in the store, you have to enter your data in the machine at the entrance and take a number. It is something that will make sense for stores but not for us customers. They did not have e-SIM or know when they would receive them. They also did not offer to tell me when they received them ...
Great service !! They guided me and solved everything I needed in a super efficient way, when in other stores I only found obstacles. Very good professionals, congratulations and thank you!
