A shame. I made a purchase of the iPhone XR six months ago and it won't turn on. I send it to repair because I have a GUARANTEE, and for a minimal hit on the screen they don't even deign to look at what happens to the phone. I DO NOT THINK TO RETURN. Solutions 0, Thieves.

Bad customer service, this is the third time that I am going to try to be treated and the worst of all, I am waiting for them to end up with a client and it is my turn, although there are 2 employees to attend and one is not doing anything, enter a man and tells him who does nothing to help him ...
