Before Suma was one of the leading sites, for facilities, speed and simplicity, now it is embarrassing, I have been calling all morning, waiting 12 minutes and it hangs up, you call again waiting 12 minutes and it hangs and you call to pay ... it is unfortunate how poorly things are managed now ...
