First of all I give you a star because I cannot put you less. You are an irresponsible, liar, who is dedicated to scam people, you told me that you have disassembled the laptop and oh! chance of fate! that today when I ask you for the number of the keyboard that you had supposedly disassembled you tell me that you have not done it! Bravo with people like you we are doing well, those who read this do not even think about going to see friend Charlie who understands less about computers than I do !! Happy Holidays !!!

It is the second time that I go to repair / update my computers. The service is highly professional, and the personal treatment and the price are equally good. The truth, I do not understand the reason for the complaining reviews. In addition, we must support small businesses, especially in times of pandemic. Less Amazon and more neighborhood store!

I wanted to apologize and I know that it is not your problem as it is a franchise but I did not know how to contact someone to give me details or a solution and I must say that I could already contact them and find out that they send the orders separately that was my problem and it has been solved quickly and I contend and I apologize
