Let's go by parts: the museum collection is 10. Its collections are of great importance and give an idea of the great historical dimension of the Elda Valley, without having anything to envy the collections of other museums in nearby towns, located in the same backbone of the Vinalopó. The facilities that the entire building of the old House of Culture occupies since January 2007, although they are spacious, they are scarce to consistently display the collections that make it up. In terms of management, it has been very deficient for many years, due to serious problems between the museum's management and the different municipal corporations. 30 years of disagreements and disagreements that only serve to deprive the city of Elda of one of its greatest cultural references. It is regrettable that this is happening in a city steeped in history that is being deprived of legitimizing and giving visibility to its heritage. Does anyone pick up the glove?
Archaeological museum and headquarters of a research institution in the middle valley of the Vinalopo, in need of the affection of its neighbors and public powers so that it can offer the potential that Elda's history and its archeology have.
Impressive the history that keeps of Elda and of the first settlers of the peninsula. The staging of the beginning of the visit is very fun.
True archaeological gems ... Highly recommended
Frankly not terrible and expensive, € 6 for a concrete-plaster restoration, it's a little disappointing. It is better to go around and climb from the outside and walk on the ramparts. It's free and we see more. Attention it climbs hard but it's worth a look at the port and the city.nFrankly must make this ride, impossible for people with reduced mobility and cane.
