Excellent food, service a little slow ...
Very good service. The first a salad with nothing remarkable. The seconds, the meat is great, but the sea bass a fiasco. Covered in oil with sweet paprika and peeled prawns. It was supposed to be shrimp sauce, but it was a poorly made medium Orio. Small and boiled seabass, as if they were on a diet.
Maybe it wasn't a good day. They had it full.
A bit high price for the quality / service offered. Still well-crafted dishes and efficient service. The Boletus creams in the photo are spectacularly good (almond holder). Second I ate the pickled quails and they were pretty good too. Em
I wanted to take a risk with dessert by ordering Boletus ice cream with grated cheese and I didn’t like ANYTHING, how special it is: an impossible contrast between the sweetness of the ice cream, the mushroom flavor and the strength of the cheese and the salt flakes .
