This company is a disaster. We installed a solar panel for ACS. We have already had 6 calls May 26 and 27, June 4, 10, 11 and 12, to give a breakdown notice. They always tell us by phone that they will call us in the afternoon or the next day to confirm a visit, but this never happens. We are left defenseless. We understand the restrictions and overhead for COVID, but saying that they are going to come and not return the call, over and over again, is not professional. The installation of the panel liquid is not watertight, as verified by the ACS team's technical service in 2 visits. You have completed the installation and after a few days it is empty.
