I booked an appointment on your website to change tires and they confirmed it with a phone call, email and sms. When I get there on the day of the appointment, the tires I have ordered have not arrived and they want to put another brand of tires (cheaper and of poorer quality). Grupo ARIES Talavera has consciously not been responsible for the manufacturing defects of a new vehicle acquired in its establishment.
