VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I give it a star because less I can not. We bought several things in the store they had in Alfafar, we went to order it and pay it to the store. We pay for a disastrous assembly (the company that assembles the furniture is not boom furniture). They break in the assembly part of the furniture that we buy, as we do not have data from that company, I try to contact boom furniture. Which is our surprise that the physical store is no longer in Alfafar. As they tell us, they are pending to open a new store ... while we send the claim to an email and they would give us a solution ... they took weeks to answer and about Two Months to give us a Solution. On the internet, today, they indicate an address that is not theirs. The address of the company that assembles their furniture appears. After having a lot of perseverance and complaining to the assembly company, we have managed to get them to change the furniture that was broken in the assembly and the piece that broke due to being badly assembled ... two days after we started to wear out the furniture. (Not to mention the fall that a girl suffered when the ladder broke because it was not properly installed ...) The experience has been very negative. We will never buy anything from this company again, and I do not advise it to anyone. You lose the money and the quality is fair to poor ... and the customer service is worth it. Attached photo of where they "indicate" their address in Valencia, but it is not true, in this address is the company that assembles their furniture.
