I bought a bicycle on this site because it indicates that they have certified mechanics inspecting the bikes. Totally correct! Initially, I chose a bicycle that didn't have the conditions indicated in the announcement and Tuvalum was totally transparent with me and helped me in the process of exchanging the equipment, free of charge and very quickly. They make careful and totally transparent evaluations. I was really pleased with the speed, efficiency and commitment throughout the process. The bike is realy like a new one. No defects beyond aesthetics. Excellent seller. I recommend it 100%. 5 *

First and foremost for anyone in Portugal, do not use the Portuguese version of the website. The email and number for support do not work. I wasn't getting any news on my bike so I sent half a dozen emails and called several times, still no response to this day. After a while I contacted the spanish headquarters and they did answer me and told me everything is fine with the bike and that i would get it within the week. I made the buy on the 27th of July, it arrived at their garage on the 31th (supposedly according to their indication it should take 1-3 days to check the bike, I did add a revision so i'm cool with a couple more days). It's been now 2 weeks and I was just told I will only get it next week....after i was told on previous email I would receive it this week. Thanks for ruining the weekend plans. Now i'm not saying that I will not get a bike in good condition that has been thouroughly checked, i just don't like to be mislead, if they had backlog and where late on the delivery should just had told me from the start. I would not recomend unless you are ok with waiting 3 weeks to a month to get you bike. (this added to the fact they will deduct the money as soon as they have the bike). Edit: although the bike came quite a bit late, it did arrive and everything is in order and looks good. So i'll change from 1 star to 3 to be fair. Cheers. Paulo
