Very dirty, you look up and the lamp in the hall full of bugs. The service employees when entering do not clarify or they, little willingness to the customer, they spend everything. 120e paid and I have not returned .... I think a pack of gym. I paid it the first day and asked for the money or the proportional part to be refunded the next day and they told me that nothing was returned. That if I wanted to get my money back I had to find another partner and that he will pay it to me !!! They are an absolute disaster .... I return to the Olímpia de Alboraia, 100,0000 times better and cleaner. In this case, cheap is expensive, very expensive.

Since I signed up, I have been there twice, there is always only one person at the reception and he does not solve even the collection of the card, because he cannot move from his position (solution, spend another day), talk to the monitor to orient you as recently arrival, (is busy, passes another day etc). I am not satisfied in general. After spending another day with a 1 week margin, to collect my card, they tell me that it is not there and that they have lost the photos, that I have to bring them back. It's the last straw, they are incompetent!

They should take more care of the capacity by prior reservation or any other method so that the activity can be carried out satisfactorily. Showers should also be further cleaned / disinfected. I prefer to pay something more and do sports more comfortable.
