I expected to have a lot of e in front of me. But on Fridays there is no personal attention from the professionals and the clerks at the desk (also the guard at the entrance) have been super friendly. They have attended me listening to me with kindness, education and a lot of understanding. Without rushing me and they have even changed the time of the appointment adapting it to my needs. In these times, going to ask for help from an official body and that they take good care of you is appreciated

Personally I have to say that they are incompetent people, that they do not help anyone other than those who are interested and they should definitely close the site. Last year I went due to very serious problems. And they did nothing, they attended me 1 time since I went through my study center, they gave me an appointment for a few days later and they never called again, neither to me nor to the center. I called and called and no one picked it up. It seems to me a lack of respect, professionalism and they should report their incompetence or be fired. They have almost no people and are eating and drinking coffee inside the offices instead of serving people. I've been trying to get in touch with these people for months, because it's their job to help. But no answer. Not a single email, call or signal. Nothing of interest. Because of People like this, there are people without homes, without jobs and they work in Negro to be able to get on with their lives.

Incorrect information from the counter. They should ask exactly what is needed and not give a date that after months is not the correct department to which you should go. And they give you a new date

How can you give such bad service? In principle I went personally to request help because I have lost my job and I have children to feed, because I went in mid-September and the counter has given me an appointment until mid-December, now I call the town hall to see if they can give me an appointment closer in another service and it turns out that they divert the call to this center because they have to give me an appointment before but they do not pick up the phone I have been trying for 2 hours and nothing. I don't know what you do there? who do you help? Because with the lentil turtles that this whole area is, it must be in a state of poverty and extreme hunger and think that they are paid to be there solving the one I don't know? Let's see if you pick up the phone ladies or retire and let others do these agile processes. As it is not your children who are at risk of extreme poverty, because if so, if they were efficient in what they do.
