Food was good, and that's about all I can say about this place. The waiter was extremely lazy, distracted, and didn't take out order properly. Gave us the "medium" shakes without asking which size we wanted. Offered a drink to go only to tell us later that they're out of glasses to go (???). And we had to get him to take out that drink from the bill, since they were charging us for it anyway. We've gone to other VIPS in Valencia and they're far superior. I'd skip this one.

The service was horrible. The restaurant was mostly empty and we still had to wait a really long time to ask for more drinks or the check. We also ordered a Milkshake and they ripped us off by giving us the medium one even though we wanted the big one but for the same price. The food was okay but very dry. When we mentioned the fault with the milkshake we didn't even get a proper response or apology. We had to wait at the door to catch their attention when we wanted to pay. We will definitely not be going back!

Very much your modern diner experience. The place looks modern/classic, very clean. The menu has a variety of options from different styles of cuisines and with items for those with dietary restrictions. Food is very good and overall it's very affordable. The staff is great, very helpful with recommendations and anything you need. Camilo was our waiter for the night and service was excellent.
