Goodnight. I find myself in the unpleasant situation of evaluating this company after requesting their service. For starters, super late, call in the morning and have come at night to repair. The girl on the phone told me that 60 euros would be enough and I ended up paying 178eur without having received an invoice. We are talking about bad service and tax evasion. The most unpleasant thing of all is that the service was poorly done and I still have problems with the toilet, this is not fair. I feel disappointed and now I identify with the bad comments, it is a lack of respect for the service they offer. Penalty should give them to continue operating to not satisfy the clientele.

I called to get a quote for changing a thermos and osmosis filters. A technician came whose budget charged us 50 euros for the trip (which he had not warned in advance) during the inspection he detected a series of breakdowns that amounted to 670 euros ... He did not give credit to so much breakdown for what he was carrying to a pressure deficiency. I had to change depending on the faucet, the sink, the neck of the sink, a disqualification treatment ... Anyway ... Discussing with my partner we came to the conclusion that the budget was a real outrage so we decided to tell him and opt for another plumber. The thing is that the new plumber did everything we had (we had nothing to repair) it was all a strung budget. With respect to the first technician, he offered us a discount with 379 if we bought the necessary accessories. (I'm not including thermos and filters that we already had at home ready to change) I advise that you do not answer these services and look for a trustworthy plumber. He intended to collect all that money with two hours of labor. Well ... don't be fooled
