Very disrespectful officers. They blame the victim instead of helping.
I went there to report my landlord badging into my house plus cutting off my light and they told me I should probably get something else. First of all it's called "delito de coacciones" the police officer doesnt even know that.
disrespectful attitude to the victim. WE Were WAITTING FOR 4 HOURS FOR CERCYFICATE OF THEFT.

I went this morning to report the loss of my son's ID. They have treated me very kindly and since there was a line due to the people who entered before me (each one has their circumstances and not always a complaint can be resolved in 5 minutes since it depends on the severity of what happened) the police went out , he took the data and after five minutes he had everything resolved. Thank you for your professionalism and closeness.
I had to go to the Alameda police station because the police considered that without evidence he could not make a report (scary) to which the Alameda police station assured me that they cannot refuse to write a report, in fact I could make the report without no problem in Alameda.
