I have just spent an amazing 2 months in Valencia..what a fabulous city and so much to see and visit in walking distance.
The icing on the cake was Flow Yoga A very smart studio. Supported by energetic and passionate instructors. Offering a variety of yoga sessions including my favourite - Aerial Yoga. Yoga Flow is a must when visiting Valencia.🌞
I've been doing yoga for several years now, going to different studios. Particularly, my experience at Yoga Flow has been amazing!!! Probably some of the best clases I've had with outstanding instructors. I highly recommend Yoga Flow.

We had an very nice week of Yoga Flow with Angela in her Studio. The studio looks very clean and modern and Angela is a great Teacher. I can definitely recommend this Yoga studio and we will come back on our next stay in Valencia.
During our stay in Valencia I went to Flow Yoga together with my girlfriend four days in a row. The classes were perfectly balanced, we especially enjoyed the focus on alignments, the relaxing yet challenging atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. The teachers definitely know what they´re doing. We highly recommend Flow Yoga to anybody from beginner level to advanced. Namaste!
