Twice that I have gone urgently with my dog ​​they have not wanted to attend me, they wanted to make an appointment for the next day but I needed them to at least take a look at it on both occasions because when I go it is because it really is an emergency, but I am the first to make an appointment. Very unhappy with the "no service" provided. In addition, the second time they did not want to attend to me (and the last) coincidentally after 15 minutes I called by phone and the call was already diverted to the emergency hospital ... Wouldn't it be that they were really in a hurry to leave? That is the vocation they have in this veterinary clinic. I'm sorry but I can't rate it positively because I haven't had service when I really needed it.

My girls are very happy. They always treat them with great affection. They have been taking care of my pets for years, the ones I have and the ones that have already left. Everyone has loved them very much.
