Another website of bad service and scam. I am asking for the return of money from a mobile phone that has broken its screen 3 times and there is no way, in addition there is a very nice man who has literally sent me to "take the cxxx". So at the moment I have to say that it is a scam, since they do not return the money or change my iphone. Watch out!!!

Well, after reading the reviews I had read I was a little worried but the truth that yesterday I received the order, I bought it through the backmarket, it took what 48h told me and the truth that I was surprised by the iPhone that I bought comes without any scratch and it works perfectly. I do not know if he will give me problems, I have been with him for 1 day and I certainly do not regret anything.

I bought a Refurbished phone from this company through the backmarket page, and after 8 months of use the phone went off and did not turn on, I sent it to the warranty and they told me that I had broken tempered glass because of the Porrazos is that it does not work and that not only they do not fix it, but on top of that I have to pay the shipping costs, not those of returning the terminal, but those of having sent them. So watch out for Refurbished phones, because if they work perfect for you, but as they fail, they are not responsible.

I bought an iPhone at CIRKUIT PLANET S.L. and six months later this laptop is down, frozen permanently, all its touch system out of order. Since, CIRKUIT PLANET S.L. only responds to me by automated responses of refusal, without any negotiation, counterparty, or refund, while the said phone is still under warranty for six months.
