I went to buy wood for a porch. The operator who attended us inside the ship, taking note of our order, loading the wood and cutting it, had an exquisite treatment with us. He not only took great care of us but also helped us by advising us and calculating measurements. However, the administrative who charged us had a passive and unprofessional attitude. He did not show much initiative nor was he even able to give us the bill at the time. Fortunately, the operator was attentive to everything first. I do not give 5 stars for the administrative.
